I'm rather new to the finer points of historical reenacting, but I am enchanted by history and have always so adored the graceful past eras. Being a female artist in particular, I am enchanted by the artistry involved in the making of any and all things prior to the industrial revolution and when mass production came to be. And so here I am, having discovered an entire society of like minded peers, and entered into new heights of joy to be sure! Please do forgive me for going on so.. I know I must seem a bit flighty, but it is a wonder that this forum and the society alone exists.. however, it is to my loss that there seems to be no chapter in Florida, my state of residence.. I've attempted to organize delightful outings before, but find that with my dear friend gone, tea alone is a rather solemn affair..
Perhaps I should mention that I'd appreciate any assistance available as to my approach and attempts to interact here. The precise form of speech as it relates to first character communication and discussion of the more elegant sort..
