Hello all,

I recently discovered the Supersizers Go... series, and didn't sleep until I watched them all. Every single one is informative and fun, and also a little gross.

But just in case you hadn't heard of it, Giles Coren and Sue Perkins spend a week together in a specific time period, eating cuisine as the people of that era would have eaten, and then get a medical exam afterwards to see how they turned out. It's AMAZING.

I adore this show! I've known about this for a while and even though the Regency period is my favorite, every episode is wildly addicitive.

I saw this when it was first on. They do other era's too. Hillariously funny.
