From what I've read about it on Netlix, it's not very instructional -- as in truly teaching you how to perform the dance. It might be a great way to see what the dance is like if you're writing or drawing something. If you're looking for actual How Tos -- the closest I've come to is the How to Dance Through Time series: www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw/105-4198867-0530854?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=how+to+dance+through+time&x=0&y=0I didn't understand a word of it -- but I'm a terrible dancer, and it takes me forever to learn. It was FANTASTIC, though to see the dances (they do it in underdress and full dress, and at different angles). I would HIGHLY recommend getting Netflix if you can -- so many of these really expensive DVDs are on there, and you can see if you like it. If you don't, you can just send it back, no harm done. Aaand if you do like it enough, then you know you can buy it.

Ah! I see! The video I posted is just performances by the people who make the instructional videos you suggested!~ Thank you! Now I know which ones to buy!
