www.flickr.com/photos/herodyssey/sets/72157604327316836/Here are the pictures so far; taken kindly by Miss Lauren Marks, which I promptly stole off of her blogspot page. I'll add more as more members send them to me. Ugh, the one picture there is with me in it, and I look like a great big green tent. BLAGH!!!

What fun! How lovely everyone looks. Were there no gentlemen in attendance?

The black and white dress Tara is wearing is very pretty. Steph, these dresses don't look good on anyone sitting down.

Read how mean I was to Gwyneth Paltrow and how she looks in Regency "fashion". ;D You look very cute under that ruffled cap. I can wish for a better picture of you though. I want to see the green dress!

Dear lady, I am quite certain that your husband must have been in quite poor health. For that is the only explanation as to be the escort and surrounded by so many beautiful ladies is the dream of all good gentlemen. Were I in the region, surely I would have attended to ensure the safety and honor of all those most lovely ladies.

To the Major,
I think you simply *must* come to the ball and perhaps apply some of your good influence upon our less-than-gentlemanly husbands, Major.

Dear Allseeing,
I shall do my very best to align a west coast visit when the ORS is holding a Ball. I intend to make it to Seattle to visit relation a couple times in the next year or so. We shall see what I can manage. I will look forward to the occasion. Or who knows, if my schedule permits and the airlines cooperate, maybe a special trip...

The black and white dress Tara is wearing is very pretty. Steph, these dresses don't look good on anyone sitting down. Tara got that on ebay, and it's pretty. She likes black and red; so we're going to try and keep to that theme for her. Tara is an avid costumer, and has costumes galore; mostly georgian. She had a Regency wedding too, how cool. She's my newest BFF, and I simply adore her.

Steph, your dress turned out very well indeed! Oh my goodness! All your complaints and I thought it must have just not been that satisfactory, but for Heaven sakes! It's VERY well done! The pleats worked and the sleeves worked and the bib works... It looks great! ;D I love all the pictures! Thank you Lauren for posting them! Some of the gowns are just lovely! The young lady in the white looks positively angelic and WHERE did the lady with the little girl (and isn't her little girl adorable!) get the window pane patterned fabric for her gown??? I've been looking for that pattern for years to make this dress!
