Aylwen, looks like you have a nice dressmaker there down-under. Pretty spencers too.

Beautiful. That's your site, isn't it, Aylwen?

<blush> yes, those are my dresses. I've been making so much for our dance group that I haven't taken many outside orders recently so need to promote my website a bit more. I love this era - and have decided to specialise just in Regency for a while. Can I send bonnet people your way? I love the bonnet I got from you, although having to teach the bonnet workshop at the Jane Austen Festival made me learn in a hurry - I managed to get 12 people to make/decorate a bonnet each. Cheers, Aylwen

Bravo. Bonnet workshops seem to be very popular activities of late. I'm glad to hear the bonnet I sent arrived in good order. I really like that shape. I'm eager to have some place to wear mine.

I have also put some custom-made regency gowns on ebay if anyone is interested: stores.ebay.com.au/Earthly-DelightsI've just purchased some lovely soft cotton muslin that is perfect for these dresses and can't wait to use it! Cheers, Aylwen
