They have a section for each, Main Dishes, Snack & Sides, Beverages, and Desserts. They also have a section on Home & Hearth & Customs and Manners. I do not cook and therefore I cannot make any claims about their quality, but I am tempted to attempt a lemonade recipe I found there. www.janeausten.co.uk/magazine/section.ihtml?id=10&step=2

I love the Jane Austen Center site. I also subscribe to the magazine and have found it a wonderful resource! I made a Georgian/Regency Mulled cranberry juice/port recipe someone suggested for Thanksgiving, but I am unsure if that is listed on the sight!
If you like Lemonade, there is a Georgian recipe I found for Rosemary Lemonade and it is so so very good!

Hi Maudelynn-- I'd be very interested in that Georgian rosemary lemonade recipe!
