I read a message posted this morning on GBACGs Group about a sale of costume in the UK by Nehelenia. The prices are pretty high, but as pointed out, a well-made costume should be. There are some beautiful detailed photos of antique Regency gowns being sold, that show some nice bodices. Click on the gowns for sale, and it will take you to the others. www.nehelenia-designs.com/Ye_Olde_Online_Shoppe/Movie_Costumes/Sales_page/sales_page.html If you look around there, you will see a link to the Jane Austen Festival in Bath, and all the beautiful costumes worn there. Just looking at these makes my fingers itch to sew one. Val

Christina's work is stunning. She does her research and finishes by hand and uses the finest of materials - fabrics and trims that are unavailable to us here in North America. If you fit the size and want quality period clothing, you couldn't do better than one of her garments.
