Wow. Hats by Leko just offered to put my bonnets up on her website for sale. I had to tell her they were 'glue-gun' specials... she'll probably change her mind after that. ::tee hee::
She's going to make me buckram frames for my stovepipe bonnets; no more winding straw! YAY!!!!!!

Congratulations! Hopefully you get out of them what you want/need, and it's not eaten up by her commission. They're really pretty, so I'm not surprised.

Steph, this is REALLY cool! Congratulations!
Do you think she’ll produce the buckram forms for sale to the rest of us poor peasants as well?
I’d love to be able to work from a ready-made frame, but up until now, no one has come up with one I would deem worth purchasing. Your hats are wonderful and if she makes the frames from your specifications, then I know they’ll have a better shape than anything else out there on the market.
Neat-o-Keen-o! You’re now officially a “milliner”! ;D

You’re now officially a “milliner”! ;D Yes on the frames. She's going to use my pattern that I made from my original stovepipe. I need to modify it first; however I will probably also print the pattern and sell that on my etsy shop too. We'll see. I mean, Leko aside, if I am going to sell my bonnets from these buckram frames, I will probably be more prone to sell them on my etsy shop as opposed to her website because I'd likely make more $$$ off them; selfish as it sounds. I may do pieces for her just because she has such great web-traffic. I'll think about it. I have to refine my pattern and print it on drafting paper first. Then I go from there. I wouldn't go so far as to call me a milliner though. I'm just a good faker. ::tee hee::
