We just got the announcement that only 300 of the 400+ memberships were taken in the 2nd tier lottery. So that means anyone can apply for those now. Do it quick as it will be first come, first served.

As a note, if you buy a CGW membership (don't have to even live in the same state) it's $30. So if you combine that with the "member" price of Costume College, it's $140. W/O CGW membership, it's $165, so you save $15.
I was actually a little shocked at how much it costs this year. In the past, as a member, I've paid $95 for CoCo. But it goes up after a certain date.
