that looks as though it was inspired by a Regency fashion plate!  I am going to have to make that... I could wear it to some events I have to attend with my husband this summer! |

Alexander McQueen.
I am so very in love with that dress... and here I am trying to figure it out when I am too chicken to even try to draft up a pattern from a book!
