My name is Sophia, and I love history. Any era, any location. But not so much the political and military data, although I have learned it as a framework for the subjects I am more interested in. I love to study what the average person did and how. I am fascinated especially by women's contributions to the survival of their culture. And I don't just want to know facts. I want to learn skills. And so, my husband, kids, and I have picked up a huge variety of arts, survival skills, and knowledge about nearly every period of history. It's so nice when your family joins in on your obsessions...
I am here in hopes of filling the space in our social live left by the collapse of our gaming group. We need a family activity that will challenge our minds and give us an opportunity to have fun with others. Our older children have grown up and left home, but we have a very curious and active 12-year-old that would love something new.
