Hello, I am Cosmo I am here because I am costume obsessed. I am a member of the Oregon Regency Society. I found Steph and her group on the wonderful interweb by chance really. I have only been apart of this for a few months.
Anyway I am currently a SAHM to an adorable 18 month old girl. Before her arrival and for a short while after I was a fashion designer in LA. I plan on starting a like of my own when I have got my daughter off into preschool so that I can think about non baby things sometimes. I have worked as an assistant costumer for opera and Disney World. I love to design, and fit, and make patterns, but I hate to sew. I love to pretend things and dress up so this whole regency thing is perfect for me.
I am only for the first time reading any of Jane Austen's works but I am liking them a lot for the most part. They make me talk funny and my husband thinks that I am insane for saying things like "Do not you wish wish to see me become exceedingly elegant? I must learn the harp." Oh and I am trying to get harp lessons.
I am really having a good time with all of this.
