I created a Regency Dress Up Doll a while ago ( savivi.deviantart.com/art/Regency-Dress-Up-Doll-70331521), and somebody sent me a message that there was a small thread on this board, so I came to look at got absolutely hooked. I'm in the process of writing a novel (aren't we all?) and there's always been those unanswered questions that nobody talks about in the etiquette pamphlets or society history books -- and hopefully I'll find the answers here! So, hello!

Welcome to the ORS board, Savivi. That comment on Deviant Art was mine... I adore your dress-up doll, and I play with it frequently (though oddly I dress her pretty much the same every time..) What are those tiny little patches of things in the accessories page? One looks like a bunch of flowers, but there are some dot clusters or something.... I like it that you provided glasses. Anyway, welcome!!! We're always happy to have another Regency enthusiast join our ranks. We will welcome yoru contributions greatly (and clothe the dress-up doll in every style.)

Thanks so much for the welcome!
And the dot clusters are pearls for hair (a makeshift tiara or just pinned in), or to make a bracelet, or add onto the dress... however someone envisions it. It is a bit vague, isn't it?
Thank you so much for liking it, though!
And I know exactly what you mean. I always put her in a morning dress with a shawl, no matter how much I try other things on.
