I recently finished All the Tea in China by Jane Orcutt. At first I did not think I was going to like it at all, but now that I have finished it I decided that the story was good, but the language was nott so good. I did not feel like I was in Regency era England/China. The language was too modern I think. Perhaps I shouldn't have read it right after Georgette Heyer.
