Good day to all of you fellow regency lady's and gentlemen. I would be very much obliged to introduce myself. My name is Aaron and I am the husband of Lauren (Lady of Portland House), who you all know. I must confess, I did not desire to enter this world of etiquette and romance at the outset. However, after meeting all of you fine folk and enjoying the the splendid joy my participation brings to my wife I must admit that I would be hard pressed to leave this wonderful group of people! The most recent example of our delightful gatherings is the Pittock picknick on the 20th of July in the two thousand and eighth year of our Lord. Here for you viewing pleasure is that little rendezvous from my (albeit) tall perspective. picasaweb.google.com/AaronFMarks/PittockMansionPicknick

Are you getting territorial, Lauren? ::tee hee::
Hi Aaron, I'm so happy you're joining us... we have too little perspective from the gentlemen's department 'round here. I think the fellows feel outnumbered and run away. ::LOL:: You and Lauren are both delights that I am always so glad to see the two of you come striding up at each event. We love you guys.

Me, territorial? Never. Tee Hee... I'm just thrilled Aaron is getting so involved. It's a lot of fun for me and him. We are soooo excited for the ball next Friday. I just have to get our masks worked out. Sigh...

Thank you all for your most gracious welcomings. I hope my presence will bring about a greater degree of gentlemanly discussion and activities.

Welcome Aaron! After seeing you in Lauren's pictures, I feel like I know you already! My apologies for the late welcome, I was away for awhile and see that I've missed some posts. Thank you, by the way, for the video of the Ainsworth play. I just watched it (all the while wishing I was there). It was lovely (just like your wife )
