We already have expanded to the Central Valley Chapter; however a new group is coming into the fold. ORS Cascades East includes the greater Redmond & Bend region. The new Organizer is a gentleman by the name of Bill Armstrong who I hope to drag into the forum as well. orscascades.blogspot.com

Would that include Monroe and Issaquah?

Not sure.
Bill has become a bit overwhelmed and busy with things, and is also a bit downtrodden by the lack of response or interest in his region, so he hasn't been very active.
So....... if you're interested... coff coff ahem..

Who me? organize a group??? To be honest I was thinking of something like that. It's about 2 hours from here to Vancouver and I know there are some lovely old houses up there....I would love to be involved in the organizing of a group but I'm just not sure what all goes into it.
I'm sorry Bill has been feeling downtrodden as well, that's awful! I only just found out about this group today though...Maybe I could assist him somehow? All I know is the time warp culture fills my mind when it has a chance to be empty. I so would love to have time to make costumes for myself and put together teas and balls. But again not knowing what all goes into it I'd be intimidated about not doing it well LOL
Any advice?

Now you're fairly close to the ORS Puget Sound group. You might want to check into that first.
