I have personally known Doctor Roberts for a number of years when we served together in His Majesty's Navy aboard the HMS Zealous. I have found him to be of the Highest Moral fiber and to be completely and totally honest. I personally will vouch for his financial solvency and will cover any overdrawn debts.
